Three Strand Home Care (TSC) is an NDIS registered Service provider in NSW providing expert disability care services to people living with disability. We uphold our participants freedom of choice and endeavor to inspire, enable and empower you to safely and happily live your life the way you choose recognizing you are a unique individual. Your person centered care will be compassionately provided by a great team of well trained professionals that will guarantee excellence of care.

At THREE STRAND CARE, we provide total care service to people living with disability based on their NDIS approved plans or any other source of funds. Our services include the following:

• Respite / SIL / SLA / MTA & Group Homes
• Specialized nursing care
• Community Nursing care
• Assist with Travel/Transport arrangements
• Daily Personal activities
• Innovative community participation and recreational activities.
• Assistance with Daily tasks in a group or shared living arrangements
• Develop Life skills
• Household tasks
• Provide support for emotional and spiritual well-being

Registered nurses – Professional expert staff with valid nurse’s registration under AHPRA Support workers – Experienced Staff members who have a minimum qualification of Certificate 3 or 4 in a relevant field. All our staff have a current first-aid and CPR certificates We have ongoing in-service education provided by our Nurse Educator and other relevant external organisations. In addition, every staff member has to complete annual mandatory training according to our company policy. It is on this basis that we guarantee excellent care to our valued participants

Anyone with or is affected by a capacity altering disability, be it temporary or permanent, can contact THREE STRAND CARE for support and information. We accept referrals from a person with a disability, their families or carers, the National disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), hospital or other health institutions as well as from other Disability services.

THREE STRAND CARE can provide support services to anyone living with a disability whether it physical, intellectual, congenital, acquired brain injury, neurological or degenerative disease. We provide disability support in your home or institutions or in our accommodation that we can arrange for you.

Three Strand Care accepts anyone of the following categories:

  • Participants with government funding
  • Participants under NDIS – self-managed, Plan managed, NDIA managed.
  • Participants using their own funds
  • Participants on workers compensation

Participants are allowed freedom of choice to select their preferred service provider and are able to change at any time. At Three Strand care, we are happy to facilitate your integration of care under one roof with us as we provide total patient care.

  • No hidden fees
  • You have access easily to qualified and highly experienced Registered Nurses and are available 24/7 on the phone.
  • You talk, with compassion, we listen, we advise and support
  • We bring to your awareness any other benefit you are not even aware you have
  • You have access to arrange for emotional and spiritual well being.
