We specialise in Respite/SIL/STA/MTA services, catering to individuals in shared living environments. Our services encompass short-term or long-term living solutions, as well as drop-in care for a day. Our comprehensive services cover accommodation and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Activities
Discover support for your daily personal activities. We provide assistance with hygiene, meal preparation, feeding when necessary, and respectful continence and toileting help. Our care plans are personalized, with your active involvement.
Transport Arrangements
We're here to assist with your travel and transport needs. Our services include providing transportation for community engagement, helping you arrange transportation for events and appointments, and ensuring reliable escort arrangements for all your appointments. Count on us to get you there.
Experience innovative community participation with us. Enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor fun activities, gain access to mainstream community services, and receive assistance in pursuing educational and employment opportunities.
Nursing Care
Our compassionate registered nurses provide complex wound care, urinary catheterization, colostomy care, tracheostomy care, and subcutaneous injections. We also offer PEG feeds, regular vital sign monitoring, and assistance with medication administration.
Activites
Join in the fun with our group and centre activities. We offer community, social, and recreational activities, including outings to music concerts, movies, churches, social clubs, and festive events like Christmas carols.
Engage in a wide range of community, social, and civic activities. From art and craft, board games, outdoor walks, and sports to educational exercises like numeracy and literacy, computer skills, and practical tasks like shopping, gardening, and public transport rides, we've got you covered.
Foster independence through life skill development. We offer supervision and training in a variety of essential skills, including using public transport, cooking, baking, and pet care. Our programs also focus on enhancing social and interpersonal skills, promoting effective communication, sharing, and building meaningful friendships and relationships
We help with household tasks to make life easier. Our services include house cleaning, assistance with laundry, and support with meal planning, budgeting, and shopping.
